Briggs-Staub House

Briggs‑Staub House, built in 1849 and designed by James Gallier Sr., is the only Gothic Revival-style residence in the Garden District. Featuring pointed-arched windows, Tudor-arched cast-iron gallery, and a Gothic-style carriage house, it stands as a rare architectural landmark with ties to London-born Charles Briggs, who commissioned it.
