From 1939 into the 1970s the Dew Drop Inn was the beating heart of Black New Orleans nightlife, a club and hotel where Ray Charles, Little Richard, and countless R&B greats played and stayed. Reopened in 2024 after a loving restoration, it now welcomes guests as a boutique hotel with a music venue, a pool and patio, and the Dew Drop Inn Lounge serving brunch and dinner. History lives in the walls here, and the stage is lit again.
