Fogo de Chão is a Brazilian churrasco steakhouse inside the JW Marriott at the Canal Street edge of the French Quarter, where gaucho chefs move table to table carving fire-roasted cuts — picanha, filet mignon, ribeye, and lamb — until you wave them off. A sprawling market table of seasonal salads, charcuterie, and exotic fruit rounds things out, and the bar and balcony seats look out over the Canal Street parade route.
