Keller Community Center
The Rosa F. Keller Library and Community Center is a Broadmoor branch of the New Orleans Public Library on South Broad Street, rebuilt in 2012 after Hurricane Katrina. Beyond books, it’s a neighborhood hub hosting adult education, art workshops, after-school programs, and community events, in a LEED-certified building with a rain garden and courtyard. It honors Rosa F. Keller, a champion of the 1954 desegregation of the city’s libraries.
