A Riverbend gem serving contemporary Southern comfort food, Mother of Pearl grew out of chef Walker Geoffray and Katie Morris’s catering company. The seasonal menu has fun with local ingredients — fried chicken livers glazed in pepper jelly, collards stuffed with andouille, a prime brisket burger, crawfish boil gnocchi. Thoughtful cooking in a warm, low-key room.
