Our Lady of Guadalupe Church & International Shrine of St. Jude is a historic Roman Catholic church in New Orleans, Louisiana. Established in 1826 as a mortuary chapel for victims of yellow fever, it is the oldest surviving church building in the city. The church is renowned for its rich history and vibrant community, serving as a spiritual home for many.

The church offers a diverse range of liturgical services, including a Jazz Mass on Sundays at 9:30 AM, which is also livestreamed. Other Sunday Masses are held at 7:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM (Spanish), and 6:00 PM. Daily Masses are available Monday through Saturday at 7:00 AM, with additional services at 12:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Confessions are heard before all weekend Masses, and Adoration takes place on Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

In the 1930s, parishioners began praying to Saint Jude Thaddeus, leading to the establishment of the International Shrine of St. Jude within the church. This shrine, located to the left of the altar, includes a relic of St. Jude and has become a place of pilgrimage for many seeking intercession.
