Parasol’s has anchored the Irish Channel since 1952, pairing a classic corner barroom up front with a po boy kitchen in back. The roast beef po boy is the one to order, alongside gumbo and other New Orleans comfort plates. Its St. Patrick’s Day block party is a neighborhood tradition.
