Paty is a standout Mexican taco truck at the Earhart Food Truck Plaza, hand-pressing 4.5-inch corn tortillas and loading them with your choice of some ten proteins — carne asada, chicharrón, lengua, tripa, and more. At a couple of dollars a taco, it is a bargain feast, best chased with a fresca. Casual, authentic, and worth the trip under the underpass.
