Roulaison Distilling Co is a craft rum distillery in Broadmoor, making small-batch rums from Louisiana sugar cane molasses since 2016. Named for the French-Creole word for the cane harvest, it offers guided distillery tours that end with a tasting of five spirits, including distillery-only releases. Reservations recommended.
