St. Bernard Recreation Center is a NORD facility in the Seventh Ward with a basketball gym, skate park, and open recreation space. Recently renovated, it’s a well-kept neighborhood spot where families, kids, and young skaters gather. Programs and rentals run through the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission.
