Woodlands Conservancy’s Woodlands Trail
Woodlands Trail & Park is a 600-plus-acre nature preserve in Belle Chasse managed by the Woodlands Conservancy, with hiking and biking trails winding through one of the West Bank’s last bottomland hardwood forests. It’s a favorite for birding, trail runs, and quiet walks among old oaks. A green escape just south of the city.
